Information Zalynt collects

When you submit the accessibility check form, Zalynt collects the information you provide: first name, work email address, company or store name, store URL, your optional selection describing any accessibility solution currently in use, and any message you include. Zalynt also records the date and time of the submission.

How Zalynt uses it

• To review the store you submitted and prepare an initial accessibility assessment.
• To contact you at the email address you provided about that assessment.
• To discuss potential remediation or monitoring work if you are interested.

Zalynt does not sell your information, and Zalynt does not publish submitted information.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your request.

Retention

Zalynt keeps submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records. You can ask Zalynt to delete your submission at any time.
